Since I can't find a SiteFinity forum in the forums here I don't know if this is the correct place for asking this question so I'll start here and a moderator can move it if there's a better place.
Simply, I'm having trouble with a client running SiteFinity 5.2. We created a custom content module for them, a simple one where they enter in a few bits of information and then the items that are published are listed on a landing page. The list is a custom drag-n-drop widget we created as an ASCX contol using the code that module builder auto generates and registered said control into the toolbox.config. Really basic right?
So they're all happy with the thing but they want to be able to publish the content items on a schedule. Very easy right? We instruct them to use the built in content scheduling tool, you know under more options set a date to publish and you're done?
Nope.
Client did that and scheduled a content item to publish on 27-FEB-2014 at 0:00 hours aaaaaaaaaaand it's not published. Still says it's set to publish on the 27th and today is the 28th.
I haven't had any luck finding anything about the scheduled publishing function not working. So I'm wondering if there's anything obvious I'm missing that I can go check on in the install. I mean it seems like something pretty basic isn't working here.
If I need to request support as a partner (and my company is a partner) then that's an answer too. Just any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
