We recently went onto a paid account having been on the free trial.

However the Simulator has disappeared from the Run menu in Graphite.

We can still access it in Mist but can't really use this for testing as we get too many CORS errors from Ajax calls to our server.

Is there something we need to do to recover the Simulator in Graphite?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi Gerard,

Please clear Graphite's cache located in  %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache folder and restart Graphite. We would also need to review the contents of the Logs folder %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs to identify what has gone wrong, so please review it and attach any logs with exceptions to this thread.

Thanks for the reply. Quite a few had exceptions and I cannot attach all the files to this reply so I've pasted them into one file. I don't think I have opened the Simulator in Graphite since May 31st or before as there was a gap before were went onto the paid service. There was an exception thrown on May 31st.  Hope this helps. Many thanks.

File attached.

[Edit] Having deleted the cache the Simulator was not initially available but having re-checked just now it is there so we're back to normal.

Many thanks.

Hello Gerard,

We're glad that you're able to continue your development process. We would investigate the exceptions in the log and make sure this problem does not surface again.

Thanks for the involvement!
