I am using Windows 8.1 and Visual Studio 2013 and the icenium extension  [Specific versions below
Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2013
Version 12.0.21126.00 Update 1 RC

Icenium   2013.3.1219.1
]

 I can normally run my app based onn (Kendo Ui template) ok, but if I attempt to re-run the app in the simulator, the simulator crashes giving the error below

An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.IOException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

Additional information: The process cannot access the file 'D:\Development\DigitalAdditive\SplitView\SplitView\SplitView\index.html' because it is being used by another process.

Hello Pat,

Unfortunately we're aware of the crashing simulator in the Visual Studio extension in certain scenarios and this bug has been logged for fixing with high priority. We would do our best to address it for the upcoming new release scheduled for the end of January.
