I setup the RadTrialApplicationReminder as described in the documentation and enabled the SimulateTrialInDebugMode as suggested.

However the Trial is never enacted when the "Notify" function is used regardless of which build type I use (Debug or Release)

If I switch to forcing it using "SimulateTrialForTests" then it works as expected and the notification is fired.

Any ideas?

Hello Simon,

Thank you for contacting us.

You should use the SimulateTrialForTests property when you want to test you application. The other property was our first idea for displaying reminder for test purposes, but since we provide Release assemblies the debug logic doesn't get executed as we expected. Please excuse us for the inconvenience caused.
