Hello Sankar,

Yes, the DragAndDrop manager can help you in this situation.

The source of the DragDrop can be assigned as a DragCue (the visually dragged object) and the rearranging can be done with a few animations.

If you see my testimonial, i've sent some screenshots for our Derivatives SL Dashboard which we've implemented with RadWindow. Basically we've 6/7  RadWindows' in a page, in which we're planning to implement this DragAndDrop functionality. If RadWindow is not the best fit, we can use something similar to the one implemented in blacklight D&Dpanel.

As you rightly said, yes, It's a topic for a seperate blogpost. Lot's of people might expect this for any Enterprise application.
