We in Applied Material have purchased the license for RadControls for Silverlight (version: 2011.2.920 (Sept 20, 2011)). Prior to installing that version we were using trial version of RadControls Silverlight and developed our application with that. Most of our user base has Silverlight run time version of 4.0.5xxxx. This is controlled by organizational policy. While we were using the trial version of RadControls we could successfully load the application on user browsers.
However since we implemented the licensed version as mentioned above, the application stopped working on user's desktop as it always goes for downloading latest Silverlight version. But as by policy user's do not have admin rights to download and install Silverlight they are unable to upgrade the Silverlight version.
Can you please share with us what is the minimum version of Silverlight run time that is needed for RadControls Silverlight 2011.2.920?

Other than that - the problem seems weird and judging by the provided details we cannot provide more information on why this problem occurs. It would be best if you provide a sample project that we'll be able to test locally. You can attach it to the support ticket.
