Silverlight Rad Menu in MOSS

This post is exactly what I need, HOWEVER, it refers tp using AJAX, and I want to use the Silverlight RadMenu control.  I've searched and searched on this, but nothing seems to relate to my specific situation.  I am using the Silverlight 3 controls (trial version), and so the only DLL's I see pertaining to the Rad Menu are the Telerik.Windows.Controls.dll and the Telerik.Windows.Controls.Navigation.dll.  After trying to register these assemblies on my master page, it never recognizes the RadMenu control.

Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction as to how to use the Silverlight 3 RadMenu control as the global nav in SharePoint.  All the documentation I've found seems to refer to an older version of the Telerik controls.

I want to love these controls, but this is making it difficult.
