I've installed the TeamPulse_BETA_2010_1_430.msi version.  It installed clean.  When I run it I get the "Install Microsoft Silverlight" page.  I click and install Silverlight successfully.  Then I receive the Microsoft Silverlight error message of "This application was created for an expired beta release of Silverlight. Please contact the owner of this application......"  What's up?

Hello Chris Thomas,

Strange that this error is coming up for you. With our latest release that message should have been eliminated. A couple things you could try would be:

  1. Clearing your browser cache. There have been some posts about Silverlight getting confused, and a browser cache clear may help fix that.
  2. Browse to the Silverlight install site to make sure you have the latest version correctly installed: http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/
If you are still seeing the issue after trying these fixes, lets us know, we may have other suggestions.

Best wishes,
Ryan
