Silverlight Design Needs

Have a moderate sized SL3 app - all built using Telerik Controls, need a designer to redo control templates to match a new UI design. Probably the wrong place to post this, but been struggling to connect with the right people.

Can anyone suggest someone or otherwise point me in a productive direction?
