To add our controls to Blend 2 SP1 toolbox just add references to the .dll files in your project and they will appear in the custom controls section of the toolbox.

Miroslav - please try this the other way around - for example . . .
1. Start a new project in Blend first.
2. Attempt to get RadControls for Silverlight setup.
I'm having a problem doing it while starting out first in Blend. Can you confirm that this is possible or not?

Tony

Hello Tony,
We are not sure what do you mean by "Attempt to get RadControls for Silverlight setup"? Is this question related to the one with the project templates in blend? Could you elaborate a bit more on this?
