Hi Support, I have read the article: http://support.eqatec.com/entries/20324707-Silverlight-when-to-Stop- The way I'm trying to solve this issue - is to call ForceSync() after one or more TrackFeature() calls. However when I use Fiddler or any in-browser-build-in-development-traffic-monitor - I can see this: The first time i call ForceSync() data are transmitted to ****.monitor-eqatec.com - that is fine However the following time I call ForceSync() no data is transmitted I guess that - looking at the data sent - is that the next time I start the same Silverlight application the data is store (are you storing this in the Silverlight application storage?). But that is not acceptable. Can you please help me? /Morten

Hi Morten We impose a limitation on the frequency of calls to ForceSync, I believe it is once every five minutes. We originally designed it as a last-escape for people who really need to control when to connect to the internet and not as a way to try to push data on every tracking. Perhaps you could provide a bit more detail on your specific scenario and I can try to help out as much as I can? Regards Soren EQATEC Team

Hi. Okay knowing about this 5 minutes window helped me. The other article talked about "we typically suggest every 30 seconds". I know it's difficult to react on a Silverlight application closing - but maybe you could considering lowering the 5 minutes windows to 1 minute - just for an Silverlight application. Changing status to resolved. /Morten
