Even creating a new solution with only a lonely radgridview in MainPage I recive this erreor.

What references you have in this project? Do you have all needed Telerik.* assemblies needed for the grid? Do you have System.Windows.Data?

You are right, it was System.Windows.Data...
It was not added when radgridview was dropped form tool box.
