Silverlight 3 rad controls installation issue

Good Morning,

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've installed The Telerik rad controls trial but when I try and open a new project in VS2008 I keep getting the same error. I'm going under the Telerik tab on the left pane...

It sends me the error "Object Reference Not set to an instance of an Object"

I've uninstalled the package and re-installed it twice now with the same error. I'm sure this is an instance of user error but could someone help me out. 

I'm new to VS2008 and telerik.

Hello Timothy Sisson,

Silverlight Tools are required for the correct functioning for our Silverlight Extensions. Could you confirm that Silverlight Tools are installed on the host system? In case they are not could you please install them and try to create a new project once again?

It was installed and I just re-installed it. Seems to be working now... User error!
