We are putting together a demo project using your SL3 controls and would like to use many of the same layout elements and features found in your Examples web main page which was installed with your product.

It appears the main layout for this SL project is not included and we are wondering if you would be willing to share this?

We would need to see how the examples SL main page xaml is assembled to more easily mock up a similar look.  We are particularly interested in the construction of the main menu across the top and the menu for all the controls along the left side.

Thanks for your help - looking forward to your reply where I can find this (we do have what we think is everything downloaded from your site prior to SL4).

Hello Nick,

Some time ago our team zipped the source code of the SL3 QSF implementation. However, you should keep into account that its architecture is absolutely custom and prepared to cover the needs of demonstrating our examples and synchronizing the architecture of the application with our internal needs. We cannot simply separate the design from the logic as every module in the QSF is depandant on the rest. This said, it will be really difficult for us to support any further custom extensions. Therefore, we provide this source code only as a basis to get you started. We cannot promise that we will be able to assist you during the customization process.

Hope this works for you.

Sincerely yours,
Hristo

@Hristo / Telerik Team - I need to ask you for one more small favor in this...

I attempted to load this solution but unfortunately there were missing projects that would not allow this to load.

Do you have (and willing to share) the source for this full project?  I would be more than happy to share the error log when we load it.

Hi Nick,

The problem with the provided QSF source is that it has a lot of custom build import targets. So the only possible solution is to create a brand new Silverlight project and just copy all of the source files from the QSF project that we have sent you.

All the best,
