I have the full featured version 4.3.2 MOSS radEditor deployed to about 20 sites. I need to upgrade to version MOSS 4.4.0, but I don't want to do all the sites at once. Can I retract the solution for just the site I want to upgrade, deploy the 4.4.0 version without removing the 4.3.2 version and then deploy the 4.4.0 version just to the site I want to upgrade?

I am afraid this is not possible - you will need to upgrade them all. RadEditor for MOSS (currently v4.4.1) is thoroughly tested and you should not experience problems with it. Of course if any problems occur, we will be here to help.
