Due to our requirements, we're manipulating the z-Index for RadMenu1_MouseOut & RadMenu1_MouseOver. But the RadMenu1_MouseOut events also occurs if, I've selected an item and then try to explore the child items.
To solve this, some how, I should be able to detect if and menu is open, and if so then RadMenu1_MouseOut should not hide the menu. Else the menu should be hidden [ i.e. in the case if I am not exploring the Child options and I've moved. ]
