I have a RadGridView where one of the columns contains the first 200 characters of some user entered notes or comments. If the user hovers over the column, I would like to show the full comments/notes as a popup or tooltip. Is there a mechanism for this today, or a sample of how to achieve this?

You can use ToolTipTemplate column property to define tooltips for desired column cells.
