I'm trying to use the propertygrid for mapping a Businness Object into an easy graphical editing usercontrol, I've got troubles hiding the right part (that in the example contains the GridView) I've tried editing the template with Expression Blend but when I try to run it as default it crashes saying Value cannot be null...

Indeed, you are quite correct. We are aware of such an issue related to the Blend Support for RadPropertyGrid. This bug has been logged into our Public Issue Tracking System. We will do our best to provide a fix as soon as possible.
