Hello Hardik,
You can hook on the AppointmentCreating event and check what is the value of the SelectedSlot there. In this way you can check where the appointment will be created. In other words you can use the value of the SelectedSlot property and display it somewhere in the application depending on the task's needs.

I have got the solution.
I have done it on layout_update event, where I find the timeslots and set its color there.
