[Solved] Set window coordinates at mouse position

I am using the Window control to show a popup menu when the user clicks on a node in the Treeview control.  Is there a way to get the mouse coordinates (or the position of the clicked node in the Treeview) then open a modal Window at those cordinates?

Is there a different/better approach to do what I am trying to do?
