Can you give  me some advice to set the status  of a cell  ReadOnly,rather than Enabel by RadGridView controls of Silverlight?

Hello Yunfan,

 

You may use IsReadOnlyBinding set either on a grid level or on a column level for that purpose. 
Please refer to our online docs "Read Only Rows and Cells" for further reference.
