[Solved] set DatePicker date range with min max issue

I use  DatePicker control with min and max to set a date range selector
while the range include today and the selector  value is blank, the range seletor will lost 1day at max date
if select a certain day, the range is correct,but if change the value to blank, it will lost 1day again
