i have referenced 5 telerik themes in my project.
OfficeBlack, OfficeBlue, OfficeSilver, Vista, Summer..
for some reason when I set the application theme to Office Blue or Office Silver.. the application throws an error
"Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component."
the other three works fine
any ideas?

I am using the latest beta and setting the theme to anything but Black or Windows7 throws xaml errors for Gridview. System.Windows.Markup.XamlParseException: AG_E_UNKNOWN_ERROR

Hi Ender,
Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to finish all other themes except the default one (Office_Black). Please excuse us for this. All themes will be fixed for the official release!
All the best,

Hi,
I am facing the same problem what above mentioned for Office_Black Theme. Whenever, I am selecting Office_Black from Combo box, it is throwing the error "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component." For all other Themes, there are no issues. I am using Q3 2009 Release Version.
Please provide me the information.
Thanks,
Bhargavi.

Any word on resolving this issue. We too are experiencing the same parse error when setting the application theme to Windows7 or Office_Blue. We're using product version 9.3.10.19. Thanks

Hi Olias Becker,
Could you elaborate more on this issue? Which version are you using (we don't have such version 9.3.10.19)? Do you have themes assemblies added to your project? How do you specify the theme - per control or as application theme? Do you use custom theme or no?
If possible please open a support ticket and attach sample project demonstrating this problem. This way it will be much easier for us to find the problem.

No such version??? That's interesting... Control Panel | Programs and Features is showing Telerik RadControls for Silverlight Q3 2009 - Product Version 9.3.10.19. In addition, my Telerik.Windows.Controls.dll is showing a file (and product) version of 2009.3.1019.1030. Is this a beta release? Thanks

Hi Olias Becker,
Yes this is beta 2 of our Q3 release. We didn't manage to update all themes for the beta so probably this is the reason for this errors. Please upgrade to the latest version (2009 Q3 Service Pack 1) and let us know if the problem still exist.
