We have a very large Silverlight Application install. 200 screens and around 250 reports and growing like crazy. Telerik has been fantastic for us. EXCEPT.
we have about 20 installs right now and 2-3 times a week we get a "Load operation failed for query "NameOfQuery" ... basically they can't log into any screen at that point
The app is disconnected from the database and the client is down. the only thing that fixes it is to recycle the asp.net 4 app pool. is there anything else we can do? it happened to two of our clients today. I don't' know if its a network issue or ?? I have the app pool set to recycle automatically at 1am every day, but it still happened. does anyone have a suggestion for me?

I am afraid that this error is not connected with our components in any way. This is a pure WCF RIA Services error and the WCF RIA Services stack is not part of RadControls for Silverlight. It is developed and supported by Microsoft.
The error you are getting can be caused by virtually anything. This StackOverflow thread discusses it.
Please, let us know if you have any questions that are directly related to our components.
