series and legend item visibility inconsistency

Hello!

You wrote that In you had fixed this bug in the Q1 2011:
"Fixed series and legend item visibility inconsistency - the legend items will now be collapsed when the series visibility is set to collapsed / hidden (previously they were only collapsed when the series was collapsed and visible when the series was hidden)."
But if I set DataSeries.Definition.Visibility = Collapsed, then I still see legend item. And Only if I set LegendDisplayMode to None - it wan't be displayed.

Is this a bug or I have to set  legend display mode?

Hi Anatoly,

It seems that our release notes are mistaken. The expected behavior is the one you achieve - the LegendLabel of the Series should be visible no matter if the Series visibility is collapsed or hidden.
You may see this in our demo.
