Any chance at getting a semi-colon automatically moves caret to end of line and inserts ; feature?

Well....semi-colons almost always go at the end of the line, the only time you'd use one (outside of a string) is to close the line.

So if I press ; don't insert it where my cursor is...move the cursor to the end of the line and place it there...it's a feature the other guys have which I found quite handy...I don't know maybe ctrl-; to place it where the cursor is as an override?
