What can i do so the row that i want to delete is selected when i click the delete button on that row? I want it to be so i dont have to first select the row i want to delete and then click the delete button. I want it so i can click the delete button and that row will be selected when i click the button.

If you are using commands, you can pass the SelectedItem as a CommandParameter as it is demonstrated in the following forum thread.
