My friend installed my app for testing on its Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 device. When she ran the app and took a few shots, she got a security message from the built-in Android security.

It wasn't in English because the device was set to another language, but it said that the app was trying to access a system in the device without permissions and the attempt was blocked. The app was installed from the alpha via google play. The exact sentence was translated by me, so it's not the exact one.

Worth mentioning that we try to make the security alert again, but it happened once. I will provide more information when I have more.

Is there anyone encountered this issue?

The English translation is: "An application attempted to access system on your device without authorisation. This attempt has been blocked" from what I google it.

I think it's related to Knox on S4, but I am not sure.

Thanks for contacting us.
I've never seen this warning before so I did some research. 
From what I found most probably Knox blocks some permissions needed from the app.
