[Solved] Second upload controls does't upload document

Hello i have two upload controls created in a custom html extension.

bought are create by the same method so they have the same configuration and call the same controller actions. 

The first one call the file browser explorer and send the file to my controller action, but the second one does't send data for my custom action or neither call the javascript functions.

that is any know issue?

Make sure you are using different names for them.
