After this last update, me and a partner developer in my company(each one in his own machine) discovered that the search doesn't works anymore. When you hit Ctrl+Shitf+F the dialog of the search appears and you set the criteria, the searching(loading icon) is infinite. That happens for All files and Project files but not for the Current file and for the Ctrl+F dialog.

Hi Marcio,

We identified the problem with the search being stuck and would introduce a fix for it in upcoming hotifx release. This problem only affects global search and local search in a specific file would still work for you.
The problem is related to the newly introduced platform-specific functionality and as you're using a 3rd party library that has files that have the same naming convention (name.ios.extension and name.android.extension) that our platform-specific functionality is looking for and uses to identify which one to use upon build, you would have to rename these files and modify related references in the code. For more information about platform-specific files, see Working with Platform-Specific Files.

Please excuse us for the temporary inconvenience once again.

Regards,
Steve

Hi Steve, my global search is also broken but I don't have any platform specific files.

Hi Dean,

Actually there are platform specific files in your project which are part of the SQLite plugin you utilize:

\Plugins\com.phonegap.plugins.sqlite-0.0.3\www\SQLitePlugin.android.js
\Plugins\com.phonegap.plugins.sqlite-0.0.3\www\SQLitePlugin.iso.js

We would fix the broken search in upcoming hotfix, probably by the end of the week. Please note that local search in a specific file still works.

Regards,
Steve
