Well i have this problem when ScrollViever inside RadWrapPane and RadPane in RadDocking doesn't work.

Hi Matjaz,
The Docking control doesn't work correctly when it is placed in a panel that measures it with infinite width or height. In your application the Docking control is in a StackPanel which is not supported. You could fix the problem either by removing the StackPanel around the Docking control or by setting the Height property of the Docking control.
