I am seeing this problem with misplaced content after scrolling too. I have a column defined as this:

                                            UniqueName="PopStart" Header="POP Start">

                                <telerik:RadDateTimePicker x:Name="RadDateStart" InputMode="DatePicker" DateSelectionMode="Month"
                                                       SelectedDate="{Binding PopStart, Mode=TwoWay}"
                                                      />
                            </DataTemplate>
                        </telerik:GridViewDataColumn.CellEditTemplate>
                    </telerik:GridViewDataColumn>

The column is to the far right of my grid and i must scroll to see it. If I click in then cell once to make it the current cell, but not put it into edit mode, and then I scroll all the way back to the left, the contents of the cell will show up sometimes misplaced over the normal contents of some of the cells in my first column. This looks really ugly. This problem happens with all my columns which I must scroll to the right to view.

I have my grid defined with these settings.
RowIndicatorVisibility="Collapsed"
SelectionMode="Extended"

Look here I was able to reproduce the problem on your example site. Look at the (604) 555-3745 over the contents of VICTE in the CustomerID column.
