Scroll Radgrid while dragging column

Hi,
I am using rad grid in silverlight.This rad grid contains more than 40 columns because of which scrollbar appears. Now I want to move first column to last column by dragging its header. But while drag scroll doesnt get move to get last index of column.
Please provide solution which proprty/method should I use to get this??
