Script Problems on MyAlbums Project

I'm trying to implement your MyAlbums project. 
When I run your sql 2005 script in ssms 2005 on Server 2003 I get...

Msg 2812, Level 16, State 62, Line 1
Could not find stored procedure 'sys.sp_db_vardecimal_storage_format'.
Msg 3906, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Failed to update database "MyAlbumsImages" because the database is read-only.
Msg 1088, Level 16, State 11, Line 1
Cannot find the object "dbo.Images" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.

When I run your sql 2008 script in ssms 2008 on Windows 7 I get...

Msg 3906, Level 16, State 1, Line 1

Cannot find the object "dbo.Images" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions.

I tried alter read_write and everyting else I could google but to no avail thus far.
