These properties are not exported with our DocxFormatProvider and as OpenXML is a quite complicated format and requires writing in several different files, there is no easy way to customize the export and add these properties on your end.
If you would like to customize the export and import by providing your own implementation, please open a support ticket and we can send you the source of the DocxFormatProvider for reference.
