Is there a way to serialize the docking layout so that the layout can be saved (then reloaded at a later time)?  For example, saving dock settings per user so they can be re-loaded at each logon.

Thank you for your help and input.

    Hello Jeremy,

Right now RadDocking do not support save/load layout but we are working on this feature - we know that this one is important. We will do everything possible to bring it for the next service pack (although I cannot guarantee that we will succeed).

Let us know if you need more information.

    Kind regards,

Thank you for the update.  I am looking forward to this functionality.  The RadDocking control can be very powerful for my applicaiton and being able to save and reaload this will make it very useful.

    Thank you again.

    Hello Ender,

We just posted a blog that provides a step-by-step tutorial on how to create a docking control and enable it for the save/load layout functionality. The link is http://blogs.telerik.com/miroslavnedyalkov/posts/09-04-22/raddocking_save_load_layout.aspx.

Such an article will also be included in the help files.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
