I am using the RadGridView Silverlight control.
The documentation explicitly says that RowValidated will always fire after RowValidating regardless of whether or not e.IsValid = false. It is NOT firing. This is the case both for Q2 and Q2.SP1. Is there anything that I could be doing that would stop RowValidated from firing?

Hello Leslie,
Indeed we've changed Row validation behavior to behave like cell validation. We'll also update the documentation with the next official release (help is updated only on official releases).
