Hi,
I have a usercontrol which is used for the rowdetailstemplate and I have a requirement to show some content which is aligned with a column. i.e. the column starts off in the middle but a user may prefer it to be further to the right or left. When the rowdetails row is shown the content would be aligned with this column.
Is this possible?
On another note is it possible to have two columns grouped - i.e. if I move one column to the left the second column (they are next to each other initially) moves with the first?

You may take a look at this forum thread for a reference. Considering your second requirement, for the time being dragging two columns together is not an available feature out-of-the-box.
