[Solved] row is not redrawed after collapsing a cell with custom template

Just noticed this behavior. I have a gridview with a column containing a custom column template. what that custom column can expanse or collapse. sometimes, after collapsing the cell, there are rows above the that row is showing up/not be redraw probably. see attach screen shot for detail, but once scroll up or down, the row shows up again.
