Hi Jingying,
Unfortunately this functionality is not supported in the current version of the control. We will forward your inquiry to our developers so they can consider it for the next version of the control (the main problem that should be addressed in order for this to work correctly is the lack of LayoutTransform support in Silverlight that is essential for the labels to be fully visible and readable).
