rlinq file isn't recognized within VS 2015

I've installed the latest Telerik.Data installer but I cannot see any designer related view and even the rlinq file isn't recognized by any Telerik add in.

Please help,

We are having this same issue, did you ever get this working?  Does Telerik offer any solutions or are we stuck with using visual studio 2013?

They removed it from their product.
