Richtextbox online demo doesn't work

Hi,

Your silverlight richtextbox online demo doesn't work.
When I click RichTextBox button silverlight immediately crashes.
I get this white screen of death both firefox and internet explorer.

Hello Ahmet,

We were not able to reproduce the issue - please find attached a screenshot of the demo in IE and FF.

It is possible that you have tried to view the demos at the time they were reuploaded with regard to the newly released service pack. Could you try opening the demos again and if the issue persists, please comment on the following:
1. The versions of IE and FF you have installed;
2. Version of the Silverlight plug-in;
3. OS type.

Hi Ahmet,
We have tested our demos on similar configurations and did not found any problems. Could you please try to clear your browsers's caches and then try to open the demos again? If this doesn't help, please try to debug the issue locally (for example with Developer Tools -> Console in Internet Explorer) and get back with any observations.

Hi Iva,

I have a some problem but when I change Operating System language to English, there is no problem but If the operating system language is not English Telerik Editor not working. 

I think this is a bug.

Hi Pratheep p & Celalettin,

You can find the source code for the entire demo application on your machine. If you installed the RadControls for Silverlight in the default location, you will find it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\RadControls for Silverlight Q2 2012\Demos on your PC.

Once you've loaded the ExamplesCS_SL.sln solution in Visual Studio, go to the RichTextBox project folder. Telerik won't post the source code for a control in a public forum, but if you've purchased the controls you can download it from your products page in your account.

What Lancelot said about the demos and the source is correct. You can run the demos locally from your machine, as they are distributed along with the controls.

On a side note, we have tested our online demos with various Operating System languages and everything worked properly. If the problem persists, please try to debug it and send us any surveillance (in addition to the machine configuration, steps to reproduce, anything else you may find related) using a support ticket.

RichTextBox does not really work, it's Because: of localization and globalization.
Telerik demo prepared in accordance with the English language and other languages, to live is causing the problem.
Change Settings: Setup, English keyboard and language settings in the control panel after you try to resolve the situation.
Telerik HAVE TO RESOLVE problem. This is big MISTAKE and GAP

I can say to: vasil and lancolet its not point of source code share or sln or other ..you are diverted to this topic completely

Demo is not working in other languages from date time settings (Glb, Localization.. ) its mistake of demo.
Control is well but demo deveopler made mistakes in demo..

Summary:
1- RichTextBox Control is working
2- RichTextBox Demo page is working in english
3- RichTextBox Demo is not working in Turkish or other some languages..

Solutions
1-Refer to developers: Settings> Region and Language> Format : English (Demo is big mistake and gap for localization and globalization )
2-Rewrite demo for support localization and globalization support.
3-Telerik have to Test in other languages ( Russian, Turkish, Spanish, Italian, French etc.. )

Thanks to you and others who reported the same issue, we were able to find the problem and now we will be able to address it and to resolve it. We will update our online demos for the forthcoming 2012 Q3 Service Pack, which is expected in about a month. Until then to open the examples you could change the regional formats of your operation system to English (see attached picture).
