[Solved] Richtextbox issues when printing

Hi,
 I'm evaluating Telerik's Richtextbox, seems to be a quite powerful control with a full set a features, but found serious issues on printing.

  The demo I'm trying: http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#RichTextBox/MSWord

  The steps I'm taking:

• Load a real docx file (a short one, less than 10 / 20 pages).
• Everything is browsed 99 % ok.

 
  The printing issues I've got:

• If I try HTML printing most of the pictures are lost (is a bit weird some small picture is shown but the rest not), same isue with print preview
• If I try native SL printing, it just prints a big bunch of blank pages or the app gets hanged.

Is that a known bug? What can I do if I need to read docx / rtf / html files that include images and I need to print them?

Hi Braulio ,

It seems that you're using Internet Explorer, which sadly has quite a few issues displaying inline images, which we use when printing documents containing some.
We are actively looking for a solution to the problem with IE, but I can't give you anything specific about this one. You can try and see that the printing works just fine under every other browser but IE.
Silverlight printing, however slow, should be working OK. We haven't experienced any issues with it besides being very slow.
