Is it possible to use the Richtext for Silverlight in a forum. i,e to be able to upload the text in a new empty one with no write to edit except by the user who uploaded it ?

Hello Niko,
The RadRichTextBox has an extensive API that provides the needed properties for your scenario. Specifically, the IsReadOnly property can make the RadRichTextBox read-only for some and editable for other users. More on this you can find in the online help.
