Hello,
I am wondering if the Reverse Mapping Wizard (http://www.telerik.com/help/openaccess-orm/images/1ReverseMapping1.JPG) is part of the OpenAccess Free Edition.

Yes, the reverse mapping wizard is included in the free edition. However be aware that the free version does not provide support for visual studio 2008.
