Hey,

I've just done the initial Reverse Mapping of a database. There is a table named 'MEDIA' (in capitals).

The Reverse Mapping created by OpenAccess wants to create a classname of 'Medium'. I had to go in and change the name myself.

Any idea why this would happen, and if it might happen elsewhere and cause issues?

Cheers,
-alex

Hello Alex Daniel,

The Reverse mapping wizard tries to perform singularization of plural words and hence 'Media' is converted to 'Medium'. You can control this process by adding some custom rules using just plain XML entries. More information regarding this can be found here.
