We have a published application that uses a certain Analytics key already. When our trial expired, the product was deleted from the list of products. I added the product back to Analytics, but it uses a newly generated key. How can I configure the product to use the same key as our released userbase already has?

Hi Roman Sorry for the delayed response. There is no way you can reconfigure a product to use a specific product key but I'll be happy to help you by performing the adjustment manually. Once your trial ends, we mark all but one product as deleted and it seems like our algorithm did not pick the product you cared about as the sole survivor. If you provide me with the name or perhaps the product key of the product that has been removed, I'll add it back and remove the product that survived. That way you'll regain access to the data you previously obtained back instead of having to start over. Hope this helps and looking forward to hearing from you again Best regards Soren EQATEC Team

Hi Roman Your old product Rummage with product key 11EEA703297342A5957F1AE8FABCDDA8 has now been restored and you should be able to receive data again within a few hours (these manual changes takes a little time to propagate through our caching). The new Rummage product has been marked as deleted instead Hope it helps. If you have further questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to let us know Best regards Soren EQATEC Team
