[Solved] Resizing of grid cells

We're using telerik's mvc components and we're displaying a rather large table with many columns.  The majority of the columns vary in size so specifying a static column size is far too cumbersome with close to 100 columns and turns out to be an epic waste of time.  Perhaps we're doing it wrong or perhaps there's a fix that you guys will be releasing soon.

Please let me know how to alleviate this mess.
