Is there not a way to create a document to send clients with the stories you have created?  Having web-access is great for my team, but we do need to create hard-copy documents for client approval.  Does Team Pulse not have the ability to export stories to a document?

Hello Sharbel Lutfallah,

Most of the grids within TeamPulse provide options for exporting to 4 formats via the Export button above the column headers: CSV, HTML, Excel, and Word. Whichever columns and stories are currently viewed in the grid will be exported to the format of your choice.

Kind regards,

Hi there,

Thank-you for the reply.  Yes, I definitely saw the grid export but what I am looking for is more of a report export which would not only show the story title, but also the description, tests etc  associated with it.

Internally, having team members go in and read/update the stories is fine, but at some point I need to be able to create a PDF for the client to approve the features in an iteration.  Unless I am missing something, there is no real way to do this in Team Pulse without doing a bunch of manual copy/pasting.

When I using Use Cases as my requirements method, the software I used (Case Complete) had an outstanding export to Word tool that would create some *very* nice reports that you could fully brand with your logos/branding and send them off to clients for approval. Being that a lot of Telerik's customers develop for other companies, I think this would be a very welcome addition to Team Pulse.

Hi Sharbel Lutfallah,

This is excellent feedback, thank you very much for your suggestions. We think this is a great idea and something that would be very useful, and we have added it to our backlog. We are currently considering the addition of several reports into the application and this is a strong candidate. I have added some Telerik points to your account.

i would love this.  It would really save me some time with exporting items and sending them through to different people.
