If you do a rename refactoring on a JS variable, it gives you a list of all of the instances of that variable. If you uncheck one or more of the instances, it STILL renames them. This is particularly an issue because it tries to change jquery.min.js and kendo.mobile.min.js files when refactoring. Screencast showing issue available on the feedback item linked below.
